Urban Company and Unicommerce Expand Partnership to Saudi Arabia and UAE

Urban Company’s Middle East business has expanded its partnership with Unicommerce, an AI-powered e-commerce enablement SaaS platform, to support its e-commerce operations across Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

As Urban Company continues to grow across the Middle East, it will use Unicommerce’s flagship Uniware platform to manage inventory and fulfilment operations supporting its at-home service ecosystem. The technology will provide real-time inventory visibility and help route orders for service kits and consumables, supporting reliable deliveries to service professionals across the region.

The expanded partnership builds on the companies’ existing collaboration in India, where Urban Company uses Unicommerce’s technology for its e-commerce operations. Extending the relationship to the Middle East is expected to help Urban Company establish a connected operational backbone as it scales across the region’s growing digital markets.

Supporting Urban Company’s At-Home Services

Urban Company’s service portfolio spans beauty and wellness, home cleaning, appliance maintenance and other at-home services, all of which depend on the timely availability of products, tools and consumables.

Uniware will serve as a central platform for this supply chain, helping improve inventory accuracy, support faster replenishment and coordinate fulfilment across multiple locations.

The collaboration also strengthens Unicommerce’s expanding presence in the Middle East. The company has developed a commerce ecosystem through integrations with regional marketplaces, logistics providers, ERP systems and payment platforms.

Its Middle East capabilities include Arabic-compatible invoice and shipping label generation, region-specific tax compliance and integrations with ecosystem partners across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Kapil Makhija, Managing Director & CEO, Unicommerce, said:
“As brands expand into new markets, they need technology that scales seamlessly while simplifying operational complexity. We are pleased to extend our partnership with Urban Company to Saudi Arabia and the UAE, supporting their international growth journey. Our focus is to help businesses automate complex backend operations so they can concentrate on delivering great customer experiences.”

Nitesh Agarwal, SVP – Middle East at Urban Company said:
“The Middle East is an important growth market for us, and operational excellence is key to delivering a reliable experience for our customers. Having seen the value of Unicommerce’s platform in India, we are pleased to extend our partnership to serve customers across Middle East’s fastest growing markets. Uniware will help us simplify our operations and build a scalable fulfilment backbone for our growing business.”

The partnership highlights the growing role of e-commerce technology, inventory management and fulfilment automation in supporting service businesses as they expand into international markets.
