Urban Company has expanded its partnership with Unicommerce to support its e-commerce operations in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The partnership will help Urban Company manage inventory and fulfilment as it grows across the Middle East.
Unicommerce, an AI-powered e-commerce enablement SaaS platform, will provide its flagship Uniware platform for these operations. The technology will offer real-time inventory visibility and help route orders for service kits and consumables. As a result, service professionals can receive the supplies they need across the region.
The expanded partnership builds on the companies’ existing collaboration in India. Urban Company already uses Unicommerce’s technology for its e-commerce operations. Now, the companies aim to extend this connected operational model across the Middle East’s growing digital markets.

To support these operations, Uniware will act as a central supply chain platform. It will help improve inventory accuracy, speed up replenishment and coordinate fulfilment across multiple locations.
Meanwhile, Unicommerce continues to expand its presence in the Middle East. The company has built a commerce ecosystem through integrations with regional marketplaces, logistics providers, ERP systems and payment platforms.
Its regional capabilities include Arabic-compatible invoices and shipping labels, region-specific tax compliance, and integrations with ecosystem partners across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
