Global apparel retailer UNIQLO today announces the launch of the latest collection for UNIQLO : C, a special line from renowned British fashion designer Clare Waight Keller, known for her sophisticated, effortless wardrobes. The 2025 Spring/Summer collection for men and women pursues new functional materials and innovations to create the perfectly elevated, everyday urban uniform.
Nylon, the original sportswear fabric, is surprisingly light and cool, with a smooth finish. Playful contrasts in texture and color come together to create an air of sophistication. This is a collection that delivers ultimate everyday wear, certain to stir a more powerful emotional response.
Clare Waight Keller said: This Spring I wanted to embrace two key elements for the new UNIQLO : C collection. The first of which was Nylon. In recent years there has been a dominance of polyester in sportswear and daywear, it’s even used in luxury ready to wear. I wanted to return to sportswear’s roots using the cool touch and fluid finish of nylon. Working this fabric in dress volumes, soft shirting as well as running shorts and vests creates a new modernity in these shapes and a sporty feel to the silhouette. Secondly colour was a great component to play with in this fabric. The subtle softness of even the most intense orange makes for a beautiful tonal richness in these shapes.
New stylings that blur the line between casual and formal
Men’s wide-fit cargo shorts are paired with a clean shirt for a casual look that is typical of UNIQLO : C. Lightweight, stretchy, and quick-drying, the AirSense double-breasted jacket can be combined with the women’s Bermuda pants in the same material ort the wide pants to create a summer tailoring style.
A fusion of sophisticated design and functional materials
Nylon material used in women’s gathered dresses, full-zip vests, and gear shorts creates items packed with functionality and comfort for easy wear throughout the spring and summer seasons. The sporty women’s hooded pullover shirt is made with poplin fabric in a deep navy and pinstripe pattern for a more sophisticated look.

Clare Waight Keller
British-born designer Clare Waight Keller has worked at many of the world’s top fashion houses and has been the Creative Director of some of the world’s best-known luxury brands in London and Paris, where she oversaw ready-to-wear and couture collections. In 2018 she won Womenswear Designer of the Year at the British Fashion Awards. She was named one of the most influential people of 2019 in TIME magazine’s TIME 100 Awards.
