The Very Group, a leading online retailer in the UK and Ireland, saw a slight decrease in revenue to £2.147 billion in FY23 compared to £2.148 billion in FY22. A notable highlight was the increase in app sales, accounting for 44.5% of total online sales, reflecting a growth of 5.3 percentage points YoY. The adjusted EBITDA for FY23 was £276.5 million, down by 5.1% YoY, with an EBITDA margin of 12.9%, a decrease of 0.7 percentage points YoY.
The Very Group announced an increase in active customers to 3.68 million in the UK, up 2.5% year-over-year. They achieved a record high net promoter score of 35.9 at the group level.
