Tommy Hilfiger, a prominent fashion brand under PVH Group, recently revealed its newest flagship store at Dublin’s Blanchardstown Center, the city’s largest retail and leisure destination. Covering 2,600 square feet on Level 2, this flagship store, secured through a 10-year lease, presents a diverse range of offerings, including womenswear, menswear, footwear, and accessories. Positioned strategically adjacent to Calvin Klein, a sister brand within PHV Corp, and in close proximity to Mango and Zara, the store reinforces its prime location amidst a collection of upscale brands, including Flannels.

Sharon Walsh, Leasing Director at Falcon AM, the asset manager for Blanchardstown Center, emphasized the persistent demand for premium retail spaces, attracting interest from both local and international brands. Expectations are high for further exciting signings in the upcoming months to keep the offerings fresh and compelling for patrons.

The Blanchardstown Center has undergone a significant extension and thorough refurbishment over the past three years, including a comprehensive mall upgrade, with additional investment earmarked for future enhancements.

Recent notable openings in Blanchardstown include Nike Unite’s community-focused concept store spanning 10,000 square feet under a 10-year lease and Bershka’s 10,000 square feet store secured with a 12-year lease, both unveiled in 2023.

In a significant development in November 2023, Tommy Hilfiger announced the appointment of Lea Rytz Goldman, former COS managing director, as the global brand president. Scheduled to assume the role in Spring 2024, this move aligns with the objectives of the PVH+ Plan, aiming to elevate Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger as the world’s most coveted lifestyle brands, laying the foundation for sustained long-term growth and profitability.
