Tommy Hilfiger has unveiled its latest flagship store at Blanchardstown Centre, Dublin’s premier retail and leisure destination. Spanning 2,600 sq ft on Level 2, the flagship, secured on a 10-year lease, showcases a comprehensive range of womenswear, menswear, footwear, and accessories. Strategically positioned alongside recently launched sister brand Calvin Klein and in proximity to Mango and Zara, the store contributes to the centre’s diverse high-end brand lineup, which includes Flannels.
Blanchardstown Centre has witnessed a series of noteworthy openings, with Nike Unite inaugurating its community-focused concept store earlier this year, featuring 10,000 sq ft on a 10-year lease. Bershka also joined the roster with a 10,000 sq ft store, committing to a 12-year lease. The centre has undergone a significant transformation over the past three years, including a comprehensive refurbishment and mall upgrade, with ongoing plans for further enhancements.
Sharon Walsh, Leasing Director at Falcon AM, the asset manager for Blanchardstown Centre, expressed the enduring demand for high-quality retail spaces and noted the continued interest from both local and international brands. With an optimistic outlook, Walsh anticipates announcing more new signings in the coming months, ensuring the centre’s offerings remain fresh and enticing for visitors.
