This season, Bangalore’s craft connoisseurs can explore a thoughtfully curated showcase of handloom and handcrafted excellence as The Pink Gulab presents its New Year Edit. Scheduled for January 10 and 11, 2026, the two-day exhibition will take place from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Bangalore International Centre (BIC), Domlur. The exhibition is open to all.

Founded by Mohua Chatterjee, The Pink Gulab reflects her journey from educator to curator, shaped by a deep-rooted passion for Indian craftsmanship. Rather than functioning solely as a retail platform, the exhibition brings together craft, culture, and mindful living under one roof.

Speaking about the vision behind the initiative, Mohua Chatterjee says, “The Pink Gulab is not just about what you wear, but about the stories you choose to carry. Each creation reflects artisanship, heritage, and thoughtful design. From loom to lifestyle, we curate pieces that express culture, care, and quiet luxury.”

Curated Labels and Artisanal Discoveries

The New Year Edit features a refined mix of heritage Calcutta labels and contemporary artisanal brands. Visitors can explore collections from Roy Calcutta, Jalsaghar Calcutta, Red Ochre, Kakolisembroidery, IndubyJayita, Womaaniya, Sayanti Ghosh Design Studio, Indicocktail, Vastraa, Firaangi Desi, and Boyon. In addition, the exhibition highlights unique finds from Dyu Handmade, Naturally Yours, and The Bindi Nation.

Moreover, the showcase brings together bespoke textiles, intricate embroidery, and sustainable accessories. Each piece reflects authenticity, craftsmanship, and timeless appeal. As a result, the exhibition resonates strongly with individuals who value conscious choices over fleeting trends.

Through this two-day showcase, The Pink Gulab invites Bangalore’s audience to engage with Indian handloom traditions in a contemporary setting. Ultimately, the New Year Edit stands as a celebration of craftsmanship, community, and enduring design values.
