Shoppers Stop’s SSBeauty has opened its fourteenth location in Kolkata’s Quest Mall. Positioned as the “largest beauty store in the country,” the new establishment spans 9000 square feet and seeks to serve as a one-stop shop providing services such as opulent facials, treatments, a nail bar, etc.
Shoppers Stop believes that their expanding emphasis on beauty is reflected in the new location. The retail giant revealed that its cosmetics sector outperformed by +10% when releasing its statistics for the third quarter that concluded in December. This is consistent with the steady expansion of SSBeauty. The 13th SS Beauty store in India will open at the T2 Bangalore airport, the firm just announced.
The design and exhibits of the new Kolkata store are centered around the concept of “Inspiring Elegance.” In addition to Indian favorites like Forest Essentials, Kay Beauty, Colorbar, and Kama Ayurveda, the store has a variety of brands, including Dior, NARS, Armani Beauty, Kilian, Laura Mercier, Givenchy, Clarins, Lancôme, Kiehl’s, Shiseido, Jo Malone, and Tom Ford.
