Textilcolor AG, a leading innovator in textile chemical solutions, has announced the strategic acquisition of Schoeller Technologies AG from Schoeller Textil AG. This move marks a significant expansion for Textilcolor, bolstering its international presence, advancing its technology portfolio, and enhancing development capacity for forward-looking, sustainable textile solutions.
As part of the acquisition, Schoeller Technologies AG will now operate under a newly formed “Brand Management” unit at Textilcolor AG.
Previously responsible for global licensing and marketing of textile technologies developed by Schoeller Textil AG, Schoeller Technologies brings with it extensive international experience, a robust brand network, and specialized knowledge in functional and protective textiles. These technologies will now be marketed under Textilcolor’s new brand identity.
