The Textile & Apparel Development Association (TAADA), with the support of iNDEXTb (Government of Gujarat), is set to organise the National Textile Export Conclave 2026: Surat’s Export Roadmap on 19 July 2026 at the SGCCI Platinum Hall, Sarsana, Surat.
The conclave is designed to benefit textile manufacturers, exporters, garment producers, fabric traders, embroidery entrepreneurs, designers, start-ups and other stakeholders from the textile and fashion sectors. The event aims to provide practical guidance on expanding export opportunities and strengthening Surat’s position in global textile trade.
Industry experts will address a range of topics, including identifying products with strong international demand, selecting the right export markets, securing overseas buyers, and building long-term export businesses. Sessions will also cover government schemes and incentives, export compliance requirements, quality standards, certifications, and strategies to remain competitive in the evolving global marketplace.
The conclave will feature speakers from government departments, export promotion organisations, buying houses, export companies and leading industry organisations, who will share their expertise and practical experiences.

The conclave will run from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by FASHIONOVA 2026, a fashion presentation organised by the Institute of Design & Technology (IDT), beginning at 7:00 PM.
The fashion showcase will highlight sustainability-driven themes centred on environmental conservation, innovation and Indian craftsmanship. Around 250 students from IDT centres across the country will present their original collections on the runway, showcasing emerging talent and creative design solutions that reflect the future of India’s fashion industry.
