BESTSELLER India has appointed Sumit Dhingra as its new Country Director, effective June 1, 2025. With over 20 years in the fashion and lifestyle industry, Sumit brings deep expertise in brand growth, retail strategy, and business expansion.
Sumit has held leadership positions at major fashion companies including Aditya Birla, United Colors of Benetton, Arvind Fashions, and most recently, Crocs, where he oversaw operations across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
Anders Holch Povlsen, CEO of BESTSELLER, expressed strong confidence in Sumit’s vision and leadership to steer the brand’s continued growth in India—one of its key markets.
Sumit shared his enthusiasm, noting that BESTSELLER’s strong market presence and brand momentum offer immense potential for further growth. He succeeds Vineet Gautam, who stepped down as Country Director last year.
