STAAH, a leading global hospi-tech solutions provider, has introduced a new Accessibility Menu in its hotel inventory, rate management, and booking platform SwiftBook. Designed with inclusivity at its core, the feature ensures travelers with visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive challenges can easily search, book, and enjoy seamless digital travel services.

The Accessibility Menu offers customizable options such as adjustable contrast, text resizing, enlarged cursors, and highlighted links to prevent errors, along with screen reader compatibility for blind or low-vision users. It also benefits seniors, travelers in low-light settings, and users on older devices, making digital bookings more user-friendly.

“This launch empowers users to personalize their booking experience while enabling partner properties to be truly customer-centric,” said Shoaib Ali, National Sales Head India, STAAH. “By proactively adapting SwiftBook, we are opening travel to millions who might otherwise face digital barriers.”

The new accessibility-first feature is available to all SwiftBook partners immediately and will be enhanced with user feedback, setting a new benchmark for inclusive digital hospitality.
