Shapewear innovator Spanx is making waves in the denim world with a fresh collection designed for everybody. Following their recent foray into activewear, the brand has unveiled a new line of jeans that marries classic denim aesthetics with Spanx’s signature shaping technology. This marks a significant step for the brand, offering a wider range of sizes and traditional denim detailing, a departure from previous collections.
Available in slim straight and flare silhouettes, and classic medium and dark indigo washes, the jeans reflect an extensive study of the denim market, prioritizing fit, comfort, and sculpting benefits. The expanded size range, from 0 to 26, underscores Spanx’s commitment to inclusivity. Each pair is priced at $158.
This launch coincides with the introduction of Spanxeffect, a new five-tier system that clearly categorizes compression levels across the brand’s offerings, from light support to maximum shaping. This innovation simplifies the shopping experience, allowing customers to easily find the perfect level of control.
Since Blackstone’s acquisition of a majority stake in Spanx in 2021, the brand, while still retaining founder Sara Blakely’s involvement, has continued to evolve, expanding its product lines and refining its technology. This new denim collection is the latest testament to that evolution.
