Snitch, a fashion brand known for its appearance on Shark Tank, has joined forces with EcoReturns to streamline and automate its return processes using generative AI. EcoReturns, a software tailored for online brands, utilizes the power of AI to address challenges commonly faced by store owners in the e-commerce space. This collaboration comes on the heels of Snitch’s expansion plans, unlocking an additional 100,000 sq.ft. of capacity.

Currently managing a 50,000 sq.ft. warehouse along with an additional 50,000 sq.ft. warehouse through the brand’s third-party logistics (3PL) partner, Snitch aims to process 20,000 shipments daily during a single work shift, incorporating the latest innovations in the market.

EcoReturns employs the advanced capabilities of GenAI to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience for customers initiating return and exchange requests. By automating these processes, the platform contributes to reducing return rates. Notably, EcoReturns is also trusted by various fashion clients, including Forever New, Steve Madden, Wythe, and more.

Siddharth Dungarwal, Founder of Snitch, underscores the significance of technology in this strategic partnership. He highlights EcoReturns as a pivotal element in leveraging technology, including AI, to enhance and streamline operational processes.

The collaboration between Snitch and EcoReturns positions the brand for its next phase of growth, showcasing how customer-centric approaches can redefine industry standards. This partnership emphasizes the importance of leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance efficiency and elevate the customer experience in the ever-evolving landscape of online fashion retail.
