Signature Global (India) Ltd. has officially begun the construction of its premium residential project, Titanium SPR, with a Bhoomi Pujan ceremony held at Sector 71, Gurugram. The traditional ritual, attended by company leaders and stakeholders, marks a major milestone for the project that promises luxury living with sustainable design.
Lalit Kumar Aggarwal, Co-founder & Vice Chairman of Signature Global, emphasized the project’s focus on modern architecture, comfort, and convenience. He highlighted that the involvement of Capacit’e Infraprojects as the construction partner ensures top-tier execution.
Since its launch in June 2024, Titanium SPR has generated over ₹2,700 crore in sales, reflecting strong market demand. The project sits on 14 acres along the Southern Peripheral Road, offering superb connectivity to the Dwarka Expressway, Golf Course Extension Road, NH-48, and South Gurugram.
The high-rise development is inspired by Singaporean architecture, featuring panoramic views, private layouts with non-facing balconies, and 55+ luxury amenities—including lagoon pools, sensory gardens, a Miyawaki forest, and wellness spaces. Architectural firms like DPC (Singapore), MPFP (USA), and Confluence have contributed to the project’s world-class design.
Titanium SPR is also a dual-certified green project, awarded certifications from IGBC and EDGE, underlining its eco-friendly and energy-efficient features. In 2024, it was named Best Green Development at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (India).
