Signature Global (India) Ltd., a leading name in Indian real estate, has awarded construction contracts worth ₹567.37 crore for its ambitious Daxin Vistas project in Sohna, popularly referred to as South of Gurugram.
The announcement was made during the Bhoomi Pujan ceremony, where Signature Global also unveiled the sample flat, showcasing the premium design and modern infrastructure that will shape the township.
The construction contracts have been granted to two prominent firms—B. L. Gupta Construction (P) Ltd. for ₹482 crore and Shri Balaji Construction for ₹85.37 crore. B. L. Gupta Construction will develop 2,792 independent floors over 36 months, while Shri Balaji Construction will oversee critical external infrastructure, including a Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), stormwater drainage, irrigation, rainwater harvesting, and other essential developments.
