Following the successful launch of Sephora’s first UK store in Westfield White City, the beauty retailer is all set to open its second UK location in Westfield Stratford on November 15.

This new store will boast an extensive range of products, including makeup, skincare, haircare, fragrance, and wellness items from a whopping 125 brands. In addition to Sephora’s own collection, the Stratford store will introduce several new and exclusive brands to its UK customers, such as Adwoa Beauty, Relevant, STRAAND, Salt & Stone, and Naked Sundays.

Sephora UK CEO, Sarah Boyd, expressed her gratitude for the warm welcome the brand has received in the UK, particularly at the White City opening. She emphasized Sephora’s commitment to providing a unique and culturally tailored beauty experience for the UK. The Stratford store’s launch promises a day filled with surprises and treats for the local community.

Sephora, part of the LVMH group, is known for staying at the forefront of beauty trends and offering a unique shopping experience. With a global presence in 35 countries, Sephora operates over 2,600 physical stores and an online platform. The retailer stocks an impressive 78,000 products and employs 39,000 people worldwide.

In the US, Sephora is a leader in the beauty and cosmetics sector, with more than 600 stores and a growing number of Sephora at Kohl’s locations. These collaborations with Kohl’s have proven successful, with high sales performance, and plans to expand further.

Sephora’s digital transformation is also noteworthy, with a switch to microservices-based, API-first, cloud-native, headless technology (MACH) aimed at enhancing the customer experience and personalization while expanding omnichannel services.

Sephora’s expansion in the UK, marked by the rebranding from Feelunique and the opening of flagship brick-and-mortar stores, indicates the brand’s commitment to providing a unique and comprehensive beauty experience to customers in the region.
