Delhi-based pre-loved clothing platform Saritoria has teamed up with Bollywood actress Bhumi Pednekar to offer shoppers a curated selection of clothing from her personal wardrobe. The collaboration not only allows the public to shop the actress’s wardrobe but also aims to promote sustainable fashion practices.

Saritoria, known for its commitment to sustainability, sees Bhumi Pednekar as an ideal partner due to her advocacy for environmental protection. The actress’s wardrobe available on Saritoria includes a diverse range of brands, from ultra high-end Jacquemus to more accessible House of CB, catering to the modern millennial or Gen Z.

Founder Shehlina Soomro expressed excitement about working with Bhumi Pednekar, highlighting her dedication to Saritoria’s mission of making pre-loved fashion everyone’s first choice. The platform, with over 10,000 users, plans to expand its footprint by opening hubs across India in the next five years and increasing its user and seller base.

Bhumi Pednekar emphasized the limited availability of platforms offering vintage and thrifted pieces in India, making Saritoria a noteworthy pioneer in this space. The platform claims to provide second-hand clothing for both men and women, featuring brands like Hermes, Sabyasachi, Manish Malhotra, Tarun Tahiliani, Anita Dongre, and Anamika Khanna. Launched in 2020, Saritoria aims to empower South Asian individuals globally to participate in the circular economy.
