Sally Beauty Holdings (SBH), an American beauty retailer, has partnered with information technology (IT) firm Infosys to increase efficiency through IT service delivery optimisation.
With this collaboration, Sally Beauty will simplify their IT systems and services by applying artificial intelligence-driven hyper-automation to fuel their digital growth.
