SustainableNXT 2025 Recognises Integrated ESG Leadership
At the 3rd edition of SustainableNXT 2025, RSWM received the AR Choice Award for Sustainable Textile Manufacturer of the Year. The jury recognised the company’s holistic sustainability approach across materials, energy use, water stewardship, waste reduction, and ethical manufacturing practices.
Melange Unit Earns IGMC Silver Medal
RSWM’s Melange unit in Bhilwara secured the Silver Medal at the 11th India Green Manufacturing Challenge. The International Research Institute for Manufacturing conducted a detailed on-site assessment to evaluate sustainability performance. The award highlighted the unit’s operational efficiency and environmental responsibility.
FE Green Sarathi Award Highlights Circular Manufacturing
On 19 December 2025, RSWM won the Bronze Award in the Sustainable Fashion and Textiles category at the FE Green Sarathi Awards. The recognition acknowledged the company’s ESG-driven manufacturing ecosystem. It also highlighted its focus on circular materials, recycled fibre integration, renewable energy adoption, and water conservation at scale.
Panchtatva Framework Drives Sustainable Transformation
These awards reflect the impact of RSWM’s Panchtatva sustainability framework, inspired by the five elements of nature. Alongside this, the RSWM 2.0 transformation embeds circularity, renewable energy, operational efficiency, and people-centric practices across manufacturing operations.

RSWM also earned the Most Preferred Workplace 2025–26 award in the Manufacturing Sector from TeamMarksmen. The recognition reflected the company’s strong work culture and people-first leadership. Earlier in November 2025, RSWM received the Hometech Bronze Award at the MATEXIL Technical Textile Export Awards, acknowledging its export performance and global market growth.
