Mr. Gupta is well-known for his ability to promote operational excellence. He has effectively implemented Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and TQM techniques to improve productivity and streamline procedures. With senior positions at prestigious companies like Reliance, Trident, and Vardhman, he has experience in the pulp and paper, home textile, and textile sectors. He oversaw projects at these businesses that significantly increased revenue and EBITDA.
