The Stone Island brand’s creator, producer, and distributor, Sportswear Company, along with Moncler Group, have announced Robert Triefus’ appointment as CEO of Sportswear Company, beginning June 1, 2023.
Triefus will answer to the Sportswear Company’s board of directors, which is led by Carlo Rivetti.
Robert will now play a key role in guiding the strategic development and resonance of the Stone Island brand globally, always capitalizing on its unique roots, said Remo Ruffini, chairman and CEO of Moncler. “After a first phase during which the company has taken direct control of its most important markets while developing a strong direct-to-consumer culture,” he added.
