PVH, the prominent U.S. premium fashion company, is making significant moves in its leadership by appointing Lea Rytz Goldman as the new President and Brand Director of Tommy Hilfiger. This pivotal role, recently held by Avery Baker, will see Rytz Goldman, currently the Managing Director of COS, taking the helm in spring 2024. Her track record at COS, owned by H&M, demonstrates a keen understanding of the fashion industry, marked by the expansion of the label’s digital presence and strategic entry into the wholesale channel in 2022.

Rytz Goldman’s arrival at Tommy Hilfiger comes at a crucial time as PVH aims to solidify its position in the global market through the PVH+ strategic plan. The overarching goal is to propel Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein to become the most sought-after lifestyle brands globally, contributing to PVH’s standing as a top-performing brand group. In a press release, Tommy Hilfiger expressed confidence in Rytz Goldman’s leadership, praising her ability to blend a strong brand vision with disciplined execution.

While awaiting Rytz Goldman’s official transition, Martijn Hagman will continue to oversee the global business operations of Tommy Hilfiger and maintain his role as the Managing Director of PVH Europe. The strategic realignment and leadership changes come on the heels of PVH’s positive performance in the last quarter, leading to an upward revision of its annual guidance. The company anticipates growth ranging between 3% and 4% for its non-standard fiscal 2023, underscoring the optimistic outlook for its future endeavors.
