Puma collaborates with Seoul’s Lost Management Cities to reintroduce the GV Special sneakers in a nostalgic blue and cream colorway. The design features unique details like hand-finished raw edges and zig-zag stitching, with global release set for May 25, 2024. An apparel line will follow later in the year.
The PUMA GV Special, originally known as the PUMA California in the 1980s, has made a comeback with a collaboration with Seoul-based Lost Management Cities. This updated version features a playful and nostalgic colorway with blue and cream tones, hand-finished details like raw fabric edges and zig-zag stitching, and logos from both PUMA and LMC on the tongue and heel. The shoe also includes a special LMC tab on the PUMA Form strip and is finished with a gum sole. Originally designed for indoor and outdoor use, the GV Special was renamed in honor of Grand Slam winner Guillermo Vilas. Later in the year, PUMA and Lost Management Cities will release a full apparel collection. The PUMA GV Special x Lost Management Cities is now available at selected retailers worldwide.
