ProArch Celebrates Two Decades of Technology and Innovation
ProArch, a technology partner specialising in Data, AI, Microsoft and Cybersecurity solutions, has marked its 20th anniversary with a two-day celebration in Hyderabad.
The event brought together employees from across India to reflect on the company’s journey, celebrate key achievements and strengthen connections.
Held at Serene Resorts & Conventions, Shamshabad, Hyderabad, the anniversary programme focused on innovation, collaboration, AI and employee well-being.
AI Takes Centre Stage
The celebrations began with a keynote session by Sandeep Srivastava and Prerana Nayak from Microsoft’s AI Division.
The session gave employees insights into the fast-changing AI landscape. It also explored emerging innovations and the opportunities shaping the future of technology and business.
Next, the ProArch Discovery Experience gave employees an interactive view of the company’s services, customer success stories and technology innovations.
The showcase also encouraged teams from different functions to collaborate and gain a better understanding of ProArch’s capabilities.
Celebrating People and Achievements
The evening Gala brought employees together to celebrate ProArch’s two-decade journey.
The programme included leadership addresses, cultural performances, Rewards & Recognition and employee engagement activities. Together, these activities created an atmosphere of connection and pride.
The company also used the occasion to recognise the contribution of its people and celebrate the achievements that have shaped its growth over the past 20 years.

5K Run Highlights Employee Well-being
The anniversary celebrations concluded with a 5K Run sponsored by the Yashoda Foundation, ProArch’s CSR initiative.
Employees participated enthusiastically in the run, which promoted health, wellness and community spirit.
The initiative also highlighted ProArch’s focus on employee well-being alongside professional development.
