Print Sangam 2027 to Bring Three Print Industry Platforms Together in Bengaluru
Digital Print Asia, NAEP & GPEA Awards and Bharat Print Expo will take place from 12–15 May 2027 at BIEC, Bengaluru.
The Indian printing and packaging industry is set for a major industry gathering with Print Sangam 2027. The event will bring together three established platforms at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), Bengaluru), from 12–15 May 2027.
The three platforms are Digital Print Asia, the National Awards for Excellence in Printing (NAEP) and Global Print Excellence Awards (GPEA), and Bharat Print Expo.
The initiative comes from a collaboration between the All India Federation of Master Printers (AIFMP) and ReEnvision Events Private Limited. Together, the platforms will create a single industry experience that combines knowledge, technology, recognition and business opportunities.
Print Sangam aims to connect different areas of the printing industry. These include business transformation, new technologies, professional excellence and commercial growth.
At the same time, printing businesses face changing customer needs and rapid technology shifts. They also need to improve productivity and control costs. Therefore, Print Sangam aims to connect industry knowledge with practical technology and business decisions.
Digital Print Asia 2027 Focuses on Business Growth
The four-day programme will begin on 12 May 2027 with Digital Print Asia. The knowledge-focused summit will follow the theme “Mind Your Business… not just your Print!”
The theme highlights a key challenge for modern printing businesses. Investing in new machinery does not always lead to better business results.
As automation, digital workflows and new production technologies change the sector, printers must also rethink how they run their businesses. This includes managing operations, evaluating investments and building new capabilities.
Digital Print Asia 2027 will place this business approach at the centre of its discussions. The summit will encourage printers to look beyond machine specifications. Instead, it will focus on the processes and strategies that support long-term growth.
The event will bring together print entrepreneurs, technology experts, industry professionals and business leaders. Through these discussions, participants can explore ways to adapt to changing market conditions.
NAEP and GPEA 2027 Recognise Print Excellence
On 13 May 2027, the focus will move to industry achievements with the National Awards for Excellence in Printing (NAEP) and Global Print Excellence Awards (GPEA).
The awards recognise craftsmanship, technical skills, creativity and innovation across printing and packaging.
NAEP has become an established recognition platform within the Indian printing industry. It celebrates the quality and expertise demonstrated by printing organisations and professionals.
Meanwhile, GPEA recognises excellence across print and packaging. It highlights work that demonstrates innovation, creativity and high production standards.
Together, the awards will add another dimension to Print Sangam. They will highlight not only technological progress but also the people and skills behind quality printed products.
The awards will also create opportunities for printers, converters, brand owners, technology providers and industry leaders to connect and exchange ideas.
Bharat Print Expo Connects Technology with Business
The third platform, Bharat Print Expo 2027, will run from 13–15 May 2027 at BIEC, Bengaluru.
Positioned as South India’s Largest Printing Exhibition, the expo will showcase technologies and solutions for the printing and package converting industries.
The exhibition will cover several industry segments. These include:
- Commercial and offset printing
- Digital printing
- Labels
- Flexible packaging
- Corrugation
- Textile printing
- Soft signage
- Print finishing
- Allied technologies
For printers and converters, the expo will provide an opportunity to see machinery in operation. Visitors can compare solutions, explore new applications and meet equipment manufacturers and technology suppliers.
Brand owners, print buyers and packaging professionals can also explore production technologies and capabilities. These solutions can support future product development and packaging requirements.
Furthermore, Bharat Print Expo aims to support direct business discussions. Participants can meet potential suppliers, build industry connections and explore opportunities for investment, diversification and growth.
Print Sangam Connects Learning, Recognition and Growth
The strength of Print Sangam lies in the connection between its three platforms.
Digital Print Asia will encourage businesses to rethink their approach to growth and decision-making. NAEP and GPEA will recognise achievements driven by skill and innovation. Bharat Print Expo will connect businesses with technologies and solutions for future growth.
Together, the three platforms represent three important stages of industry development: learning, achievement and advancement.
Bengaluru will bring all three experiences together at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre. As a result, Print Sangam 2027 will provide the printing and packaging industry with a common platform for knowledge sharing, recognition, technology discovery and business networking.
