POD Unveils Debut Campaign & Spring/Summer Collection

British heritage fashion brand POD has launched its inaugural campaign, titled ‘The Soul of ’76,’ paying homage to the year of its inception. The campaign celebrates the nostalgic and carefree style of the seventies, which defined POD’s original British aesthetic.

To bring the campaign to life, POD collaborated with emerging indie band Skinny Living and singer/songwriter Sonni Mills, whose authentic artistic expression perfectly embodies the spirit of ’76.

In conjunction with the campaign launch, POD has introduced two new styles for the spring/summer season: Dusty and Wonder. Available in classic colorways of black, olive, and dusty pink, these suede shoes feature the brand’s signature jubilee flag, heel emblem, and tonal rope laces.

Debuting at the Paris trade show Welcome Edition, the campaign and new collection will also be showcased at the Atlanta Shoe Market and New York Brand Assembly in the US this month.

Katie Malley, Brand Marketing Manager at POD, expressed that the campaign aims to evoke the nostalgia of long summer days spent outdoors, encouraging followers to embrace moments of unapologetic freedom and live in the present, reminiscent of the carefree spirit of 1976.
