Inspired by the knowledge of two Latin American cocoa farmers, Paul and Mike, who taught us the art and science of cultivating and fermenting great cocoa, Paul and Mike is India’s first farm-to-bar chocolate brand. We were founded on April 1, 2019, and our headquarters are in Kochi, Kerala. We also have cocoa fields and post-harvest activities in Kochi and Coimbatore, along with collaborations with forward-thinking farmers in Andhra Pradesh and Kerala.
