Delhi, New: Oriflame, a Swedish beauty brand, stated that onboarding one million partners within the next five years is one of its key priorities, with India being one of those regions. According to a business statement, the company wants to foster startup culture and encourage micro-entrepreneurship across the nation.
It went on to say that this lofty goal is in perfect harmony with both India’s growth trajectory and the government’s emphasis on job creation and independence.
“Oriflame is dedicated to encouraging a spirit of entrepreneurship. The company empowers the workforce, particularly women, and fosters entrepreneurial principles by allowing people to become brand partners,” the statement read.
Oriflame said that as part of its Make-in-India campaign, it is setting up R&D facilities in this country to create goods specifically for Indian consumers.
The majority of Oriflame products marketed in India are made locally in our factories, which helps the economy of the country thrive while also generating job opportunities. Oriflame Senior Vice President and Head of India and Indonesia Edyta Kurek stated, “Our plan to turn 1 million brand partners into micro-entrepreneurs in the next five years demonstrates our dedication to this vibrant market and we’re in it for the long haul.”
