In order to create a virtual fitting solution, NeXR Technologies, a global technology business that spans the whole extended reality value chain, teams up with H&M Thailand.

With this collaboration, NeXR and H&M Thailand are elevating the retail industry while providing customers with a distinctive shopping experience.

We believe there are a lot of fresh potential to grow the H&M brand in Thailand by using tech solutions that actually provide services and satisfy everyone. Philippe Lassaux, CEO of H&M Thailand, says, “We are consequently very enthusiastic about our cooperation with NeXR and can’t wait to bring it to life here in Bangkok.

Customers of H&M in Thailand will have access to a newly established H&M town square beginning in January 2023 where they may design their own digital avatars.

The user’s precise body measurements are taken while the NeXR body scanner builds a digital twin of them. Customers receive recommendations for which outfit and what size fits them best based on the body measurements that were taken.

The goal is to optimise the shopping experience through time-saving techniques and noticeably slimmer procedures, enabling clients to skip lines at changing areas and merchants to lower unnecessary returns. In this way, the collaborative solution from H&M and NeXR advances fashion’s commitment to sustainability.

NeXR is a global technology corporation with headquarters in Berlin that provides access to the metaverse for individuals and businesses.
