New dates for Source Fashion, the newest responsible sourcing event in Europe, have been revealed for February 2025. The next iteration will be held at Olympia London midweek from February 18–20, 2025, in response to tourist feedback.

Since its launch in February 2023, the show has seen a 65% increase in visitors annually, continuing its upward growth trajectory. It provides brands and retailers with a safe and diverse space to source from audited manufacturers and artisans, allowing them to support the production of responsibly made goods.

The upcoming edition of Source Luxury, which has tripled in size since its inception, will also witness the introduction of the leather and footwear industries as well as a stronger presence for UK producers. The February show, which will include women’s, men’s, footwear, accessories, Source Luxury, and technology & services, will be edited by product category rather than by nation.

“We are really excited about the new dateline for the February show,” says Suzanne Ellingham, Director of Source Events at Hyve Group. We can’t overlook our visitors’ desire for midweek dates, but we also want to design a show that meets their needs. Since the show’s 2023 debut, we have witnessed remarkable expansion. Finding ethical producers and assisting retailers, brands, and wholesalers in creating transparent, ethical supply chains are both urgently needed in the market. We can keep building a space where our community can source, learn, and share ideas while promoting change with the updated dates, the addition of additional sectors, and the revised floorplan.

With hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of attendees, Source Fashion has grown to become Europe’s biggest clothing manufacturing event. Find anything from white label to bespoke creative options from accredited exhibitors. You can meet manufacturers from all over the world, from Peru to Cambodia, Pakistan to Portugal, Hong Kong to Italy, and all the way back to the UK.

Rixo, John Lewis, ASOS, Lipsy, Lyle & Scott, Paul Smith, PepsiCo, Reiss, Ghost, Toast, Bo & tee (Oh Polly), House of Fraser, Coast, Next, Urban Outfitters, N Brown, Love & Roses, Jeff Banks London, River Island, The Oxford Shirt Company, Finisterre, Harrods, TJX Clarks, French Connection, Jaded, River Island, Sainsburys, Very Group, AX Paris, Debenhams, Hunter, Boden, British Heart Foundation, TikTokShop, and Amazon are among the elite attendees who come to find ethical high-quality fashion suppliers and new sourcing markets.

“I would really urge anyone in our industry that is looking at how they want to source better, whether that be people, planet, profit, and purpose,” says Simon Platts, co-founder of Recomme, who attended in July. If you haven’t been here yet, you should come in February. The show will be even better than this one, with even more amazing speakers. If you’re interested in sourcing, improving the environmental and social aspects of your life, or, as I mentioned earlier, becoming more agile and profitable, you must attend. That’s my way of saying to the industry: Source Fashion is right at your door; come see it.
