Neeman’s Targets ₹1,000 Cr in Three Years, Charts 500-Store Retail Push Across India

Sustainable footwear brand Neeman’s is entering a new phase of expansion, targeting a ₹1,000 crore business over the next three years and planning to establish a 500-store retail network across India.

The company crossed ₹185 crore in revenue last year and is currently on track to reach ₹350 crore by March 2027. The planned growth marks a shift towards building Neeman’s into a nationally scaled footwear brand, with offline retail emerging as a key component of its expansion strategy.

The proposed 500-store network is expected to strengthen the brand’s presence across markets, improve consumer access to its products and allow customers to experience Neeman’s beyond its digital channels.

The expansion builds on the company’s recent business momentum, with the brand focusing on increasing its market presence, strengthening its product offering and developing the operational capabilities needed to support its longer-term growth plans.

Comfort at the Centre of Product Strategy

Neeman’s is placing comfort at the heart of its product proposition as it seeks to establish a distinct position in the competitive footwear market. The brand aims to make comfort a defining part of its identity, with products designed for everyday use across work, travel and daily routines.

Taran Chhabra, Co-founder & CEO, Neeman’s, said, “We have always believed that footwear is a deeply personal and everyday category, and that there is an opportunity to redefine what consumers expect from their shoes. Our focus has been to build products that people genuinely love — combining exceptional comfort with great design, versatility and value. Today, Neeman’s is innovating and on course to close this year at ₹350 crore in revenue. This gives us the confidence to think much bigger. As we build towards ₹1,000 crore, our ambition is not simply to grow the business, but to build a distinctive Indian footwear brand that earns a place in the everyday lives of millions of consumers.”

Building a 500-Store National Footprint

The ₹1,000 crore growth ambition will require Neeman’s to strengthen capabilities across product development, supply chain, technology, retail and execution.

Amar Preet Singh, Co-founder & COO, Neeman’s, said, “The ₹1,000 crore ambition represents a very different scale of business, and getting there will require us to build the right foundation across every part of the organisation. From strengthening our product engine and supply chain to investing in technology, retail and execution, we are focused on creating the capabilities that can sustain long-term growth. The 500-store expansion is an important part of that transformation, because it gives us the opportunity to take the Neeman’s experience to consumers across the country while building a stronger national footprint.”

As it enters this next phase, Neeman’s is focused on converting its growing consumer base and expanding retail presence into sustained national scale. The company plans to continue investing in its product proposition, market accessibility and organisational capabilities as it transitions from a digital-first footwear brand towards a broader national consumer brand.
