Myntra introduces Beauty Edit as part of its Rising Stars initiative.

Bengaluru: Myntra, an e-commerce platform for fashion and lifestyle, announced in a press release on Wednesday that the Beauty Edit of Myntra Rising Stars program has been started to support the development of digital-first beauty and grooming firms.



By year’s end, the company hopes to have onboarded some 500 direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands as part of this program. The brands will be selected for further consideration based on objective standards such as product novelty, social media following, and brand scale.

“We are excited to launch the Myntra Rising Stars Beauty Edit to provide specific beauty and grooming solutions, furthering our commitment to nurture digital-first D2C brands and drive innovation in the beauty and personal care ecosystem,” said Sharon Pais, chief business officer of Myntra.

Myntra is going to provide improved visibility on- and off-app, optimized cost structures, consultative account management, and insights into the most recent trends and preferences of its users.

Extra services include video merchandising, marketing initiatives on and off-platform, and same-day/next-day delivery via M-Express+.

Additionally, brands can participate in Myntra’s campaigns and work together on events like the End of Reason Sale (EORS), social media promotions, and the introduction of new products.

In July 2023, Rare Rabbit, Snitch, Fable Street, The Bear House, Bewakoof, Janasya, Bliss Club, UpTownie, Giva, and Neemans were among the companies that Myntra onboarded as part of its Rising Stars initiative. Some of these brands have grown on average twice as much year over year.

Based in Bangalore Over 6,000 fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands, including H&M, Levi’s, Tommy Hilfiger, Louis Philippe, Jack & Jones, Mango, Forever 21, Marks & Spencer, W, Biba, Nike, Puma, Crocs, M.A.C., and Fossil, are available on Myntra, which is owned by the Flipkart Group.

Presently serving more than 19,000 pin codes nationwide, the company boasts about 60 million active monthly customers.
