During Paris Design Week 2026, Molteni&C presents its latest collection at its Paris Flagship Store, marking the first presentation in France of several key designs from its 2026 offering.
The showcase brings together the Edmond Sofa and Leonard Armchair, both designed by Christophe Delcourt, alongside the Corsetto Armchair, which marks Argentine designer Cristián Mohaded’s debut with Molteni&C.
The Paris presentation also introduces the new Molteni&C Bathroom Collection, featuring Ratio, designed by Vincent Van Duysen. A selection from the 2026 Indoor Collection further explores the brand’s ongoing dialogue between research, innovation, craftsmanship and contemporary design culture.
Christophe Delcourt: Furniture as Architecture
With the 2026 Collection, Molteni&C continues its international collaboration with Christophe Delcourt, reinforcing a design philosophy that approaches furniture as an extension of architecture.
Delcourt’s work focuses on the purity of mass, material solidity and the balance between strength and restraint. His designs combine essential forms with a strong sculptural presence, creating objects that interact dynamically with their surroundings.
The 2026 collaboration includes the Edmond modular sofa system, Jeanne coffee table, Armand armchair and Leonard armchair. Together, these pieces explore the domestic environment as a fluid space capable of adapting to changing patterns of everyday life.
Edmond Modular Sofa
The Edmond modular sofa translates Delcourt’s architectural approach into a flexible seating system. Its contrasting piping acts as a visual line that emphasises supports, angles, changes in density and connecting elements.
The modular design combines architectural tension with generous curves. Its carefully shaped backrest and calibrated seat depth allow for different seating positions while maintaining a sense of openness and personal freedom.
Jeanne Small Table
The Jeanne small table is defined by two superimposed tops connected by a structural base and highlighted by a thin metal sheet.
The layered construction creates a sense of lightness, rhythm and shadow. Designed to complement the Edmond sofa, Jeanne combines functionality with an airy architectural composition.
Leonard Armchair
The Leonard armchair offers a contemporary interpretation of modernist seating. A wooden shell sits on a swivel metal base, allowing the chair to adapt to different environments, including workspaces, bedrooms, entrance areas and living spaces.
The design combines versatility with a strong character, reflecting Molteni&C’s expertise in furniture design and manufacturing.
Armand Armchair
The Armand armchair brings together leather craftsmanship, fine woodworking and sculpted polyurethane padding.
Its enveloping leather backrest extends into the armrests, while solid Coffee Oak legs provide a distinctive structural element. A slender sheet-metal shell, clad in regenerated leather, further enhances the chair’s sculptural character.
Marius Rug
The Marius Rug, also designed by Christophe Delcourt, introduces colour, texture and tactile relief into the collection.
Hand-woven in refined New Zealand wool, the rug features an ivory ground with raised lines in Bordeaux, olive green and deep green. Its subtle relief interacts with light and shadow, adding warmth and an understated architectural quality to contemporary interiors.
Cristián Mohaded Makes His Molteni&C Debut
Argentine designer Cristián Mohaded joins Molteni&C for the first time with Corsetto, an armchair that explores the relationship between craftsmanship, material and form.
The design combines leather and fabric through a distinctive silhouette inspired by the idea of a corset. A leather belt visually compresses the rounded upholstered structure, extending from the base towards the armrests.
The contrast between the disciplined frame and soft, padded volumes creates a balance between tension and release. Corsetto is available in a range of Molteni&C fabrics and leathers, allowing different material and colour combinations.
Molteni&C Introduces Its Bathroom Collection
Paris Design Week 2026 also marks the French debut of the Molteni&C Bathroom Collection, expanding the brand’s design language into another area of the home.
Building on its experience across residential and hospitality projects, Molteni&C brings together three bathroom lines: Hi-Line 6, Ratio and Framis.
The collection encompasses storage units and cabinetry, mirrors, lighting, washbasins, mixers, accessories, drawer compartments and bathtubs.
Ratio by Vincent Van Duysen
Designed by Vincent Van Duysen, Ratio translates the visual language of the Molteni&C Kitchen Collection into the bathroom.
Metal grids form the architectural framework of the system, while slim doors measuring approximately 13 mm integrate handles into slightly projecting profiles.
The collection combines oak and natural stones, including Bronzite and Rain Forest Green, with options for both floor-standing and suspended bases.
2026 Indoor Collection
The Paris presentation is completed by selected pieces from the 2026 Indoor Collection, highlighting Molteni&C’s continued exploration of materiality, craftsmanship and contemporary living.
Among the featured designs is the Atelia Chair by GamFratesi, which explores proportion, emotional comfort and softness through a carefully considered silhouette. Available with or without armrests, Atelia is designed to integrate naturally into different domestic environments.
The Tibeau Bedside Table, also by GamFratesi, places wood at the centre of its design. Its distinctive T-shaped silhouette references the bed introduced in Molteni&C’s 2025 Collection, while a marble top adds contrast and material richness.
Through its Paris Design Week 2026 presentation, Molteni&C brings together established collaborations, new creative partnerships and an expanded design offering, reinforcing its vision of creating coherent environments across the home.
