Molteni&C has officially re-opened its flagship store in Seoul, strengthening its presence in the Asian contemporary design landscape through a renewed retail experience that blends architecture, craftsmanship, and immersive interior storytelling.

Located in the prestigious Hakdong-ro district, the renovated flagship spans over 1,500 square metres across three floors. Developed in partnership with Korean design brand NEXUS, the space reflects Molteni&C’s long-standing commitment to quality living and refined Italian design aesthetics.

The store is conceived as an immersive journey through residential-inspired environments, where architecture and interior design converge to showcase globally renowned designers including Vincent Van Duysen, Herzog & de Meuron, Norman Foster, Jean Nouvel, Gio Ponti, Tobia Scarpa, Christophe Delcourt, and Yabu Pushelberg.

Across the first floor, visitors are introduced to living and kitchen environments featuring signature pieces such as the Emile modular sofa, Augusto seating system, and VVD Kitchen. The layouts emphasise fluid transitions between functional spaces and intimate living areas, highlighting material harmony and architectural precision.

The second floor expands into a broader lifestyle narrative, incorporating outdoor collections, dining areas, and bedroom environments. Key highlights include the Theo bed, Gliss Master wardrobe system, and Hi-Line 6 kitchen, alongside curated compositions that merge contemporary comfort with sculptural design language.

On the third floor, the experience evolves into a deeper exploration of modular systems and luxury interiors, featuring the Marteen seating system, Ratio Kitchen, and Octave modular sofa. The space concludes with outdoor installations including the Sway sofas and Petalo armchair, reinforcing Molteni&C’s holistic approach to indoor-outdoor living.

The flagship store is designed not only as a retail space but as an immersive design destination, where Italian craftsmanship is presented through curated environments that reflect modern lifestyles and the culture of quality living.

With this re-opening, Molteni&C reinforces its strategic presence in Asia while continuing to position itself at the intersection of architecture, design innovation, and experiential retail.
