Miracle Miles Unifies Global Product Data with Centric PLM
Miracle Miles Technology Co., Ltd. has successfully implemented Centric PLM™ to strengthen product data governance and streamline collaboration across its operations in China and the United States. The move follows the footwear group’s acquisition of US-based e-commerce company JustFab and supports its continued international expansion.
Headquartered in Changsha, Miracle Miles has developed into an international footwear group with offices in Shenzhen, Fuzhou and Los Angeles. Its portfolio includes brands such as Dream Pairs, Bruno Marc and Nortiv8, covering women’s, men’s, children’s, outdoor and athletic footwear. Its products are distributed across North America, Europe and Asia.
The acquisition of JustFab expanded Miracle Miles’ international reach while creating a greater need for consistent product data management across regions. The company sought to establish a centralised source of product information while retaining the flexibility required by its US teams for local product development and market execution.
According to Milo Zhong, IT Manager and PLM Project Lead at Miracle Miles, the company previously lacked sufficient visibility into the US team’s product data. With Centric PLM, Miracle Miles can now monitor product information, development progress and process performance, providing a stronger foundation for data-driven marketing and business decisions.
The implementation involved upgrading and integrating JustFab’s existing solution into Miracle Miles’ wider group operations. The project brought together teams from Miracle Miles’ China headquarters, US-based JustFab and Techstyle, along with Centric Software teams in China and the US.
The cross-border implementation required coordination across different time zones, languages and operating cultures, while also accommodating JustFab’s complex business processes. Centric Software worked with both teams to map operational requirements and configure the upgraded PLM solution.
Following the go-live, the US JustFab team continues to use Centric PLM, supporting business continuity following the acquisition. At the same time, Miracle Miles’ China headquarters now has real-time visibility into JustFab’s product data, development progress and data quality.
The unified system enables Miracle Miles to establish common product management standards without disrupting local workflows. It also provides a structured framework for aligning product data, processes and workflows as additional teams become part of the shared product ecosystem.
Fabrice Canonge, CEO of Centric Software, said the partnership demonstrates that successful global expansion requires organisations to connect product data while allowing local teams to maintain the autonomy needed for innovation. He added that Centric Software will continue supporting Miracle Miles as it expands its international footprint and advances innovation within the footwear sector.
