MH Supply Chain Appoints Leadership Team for Global Automotive Logistics JV
MH Supply Chain Limited (MHSCL), a joint venture between Hellmann Worldwide Logistics and Samvardhana Motherson International Limited (Motherson), has appointed its management team. The new leaders took up their roles in October 2026, marking the start of the company’s operations.
The leadership team includes Gordon Barnard as Chief Executive Officer, Prashant Goyal as Chief Operating Officer, Arun Parackal as Chief Digital Officer and Nayan Malpani as Chief Financial Officer.

Gordon Barnard and Arun Parackal previously worked with Hellmann IMEA. Barnard served as Chief Commercial Officer, while Parackal held the role of VP Customer Excellence and Digital Transformation & Innovation.
Meanwhile, Prashant Goyal joined from Motherson, where he served as Chief Operating Officer Logistics. Nayan Malpani joined from Alpha Shipping, where he worked as CFO.
Regional Leaders Appointed Across Key Markets
MHSCL has also appointed regional leaders to manage its operations across key markets. The team includes:
- Miller Machado: Americas
- Balazs Kalmar: Europe and Special Projects
- Renee Abrahamse: Middle East, Africa and Global EXIM

In addition, Ajay Rohira will lead Global 3PL Sourcing and Procurement. Suruchi Bahal will take on the role of HR Director for MHSCL.
Joint Venture Targets Growing Automotive Logistics Needs
Hellmann and Motherson announced the joint venture in March 2026. The partnership aims to address the growing needs of global automotive supply chains.
As vehicle production becomes more international, manufacturers and suppliers need logistics services that are integrated, flexible and digitally connected. According to the International Organization of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers (OICA), global vehicle production reached 96.4 million units in 2025, an increase of 3.9% over the previous year.
To meet these needs, MHSCL combines Hellmann’s global logistics network and third-party logistics (3PL) and fourth-party logistics (4PL) capabilities with Motherson’s global expertise in Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Assembly and Logistics (D.E.M.A.L.).
This partnership aims to build scalable, end-to-end supply chain solutions across regions. It also brings together the strengths of both companies to support automotive manufacturers and suppliers.
MHSCL Moves Towards Operations
Commenting on the appointments, Gordon Barnard, Chief Executive Officer of MH Supply Chain Limited, said, “With this leadership team in place, MHSCL is ready to move from set-up into execution. Our focus will be on building a high-performance logistics platform that delivers greater transparency, agility and control for automotive supply chains worldwide.”
