Max Fashion marks 20 years in India with the return of its Max Kids Festival 2026, transforming over 530 stores nationwide into immersive, experience-led destinations themed around Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story 5.
The festival has evolved from a seasonal retail event into a large-scale family experience, combining character-led storytelling, interactive in-store activities, and curated kidswear collections designed to engage children and parents alike.
A key highlight of this year’s edition is the Toy Story 5-inspired collection, timed with the upcoming film release on 19 June. The range features popular characters such as Woody and Buzz Lightyear, bringing themes of friendship, imagination, and adventure into everyday kidswear.
Spanning infants, kids, and teenagers, the collection includes over 50 styles such as coordinated sets, graphic prints, and daily essentials, strengthening Max Fashion’s broader portfolio of Disney and Marvel-inspired merchandise.
To extend engagement beyond retail spaces, the brand has introduced the “Paint & Win” initiative, a city-wide creative contest across cities like Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Chennai. The program encourages children to express creativity through art while participating in themed games and activities, with prizes including gift vouchers, trophies, and certificates.
As part of its 20-year celebration, Max Fashion also hosted a special in-store fashion walk at its Rajouri Garden outlet in New Delhi, bringing together over 200 families and parenting creators for a themed showcase of the Toy Story 5 collection.
According to CEO Sumit Chandna, the Max Kids Festival serves as a platform that blends product innovation with experiential retail, allowing the brand to connect storytelling with accessible, playful fashion for children across age groups.
