MAS Holdings, South Asia’s largest apparel manufacturer, has officially commenced construction of its first MAS Apparel Park in Bhuinpur, Odisha, India. This expansion is driven by the Odisha Government’s investment initiatives, which aim to boost industrial growth and job creation, particularly in the textile and apparel sector.
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by senior officials from the Odisha government, Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (IDCO), and Industrial Promotion & Investment Corporation of Orissa Limited (IPICO), along with MAS Holdings’ leadership team.
The first production unit at this site is expected to begin operations in 2026, focusing on value-added apparel for both domestic and international markets.

Long-Term Vision:
Over the next decade, MAS aims to develop this 60-acre park into an integrated apparel hub, replicating its successful Sri Lankan model.
The project seeks to attract industry partners, creating a supply chain ecosystem that enhances speed and cost efficiency.
Target: 10,000+ jobs and USD 140+ million in investments.
