Mafatlal Wins ₹114 Cr OCAC Order for Robotics Labs

Mafatlal Industries Limited has secured an order worth approximately ₹114 crore from the Odisha Computer Application Centre to establish 500 robotics laboratories across Odisha over a five-year period.

Strengthening STEM Education Infrastructure

The project will be implemented across 16 districts in Odisha, under the School and Mass Education Department.

Key components of the initiative include:

  • Setting up state-of-the-art robotics labs

  • Delivering training and education services

  • Enabling hands-on, experiential learning for students

The programme is designed to enhance STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) education, equipping students with practical skills in robotics and emerging technologies.

The Odisha Computer Application Centre (OCAC), functioning as the Technical Directorate of the Electronics & IT Department, Government of Odisha, continues to play a key role in:
