Indian fashion designer Gaurav Gupta has been dominating the wardrobes of numerous celebrities, both nationally and globally, for the longest time. What made his name even more renowned was when American rapper Megan Thee Stallion wore a blue dress by him at the 2022 Oscars, thus breaking an awe-inspiring record of being the first A-lister to wear an Indian designer to the awards. After receiving a great response at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival, Lizzo recently donned a silver Gaurav Gupta outfit at The Governors Ball in New York.

Even before inclusivity became a global buzzword, he believed it was necessary to cast plus-size model Anna Schlaifer and women who break
societal norms to showcase his surreal clothes.
