KSH INFRA, a prominent name in India’s Grade A industrial and logistics infrastructure, has announced a ₹550 crore investment in a new 60-acre project in the high-potential Sriperumbudur–Oragadam belt near Chennai. This new park will deliver 1.6 million sq. ft. of development potential and is expected to create over 1,500 jobs.
The site offers ~600 meters of direct road frontage and will benefit from proximity to the nearly complete Chennai–Bangalore Expressway (NE7) and key infrastructure like the Peripheral Ring Road, Mappedu MMLP, Parandur Greenfield Airport, and the upcoming Aerospace Park, making it a strategic node on the Chennai–Bangalore Industrial Corridor (CBIC).
Home to global players like Hyundai, Samsung, Nokia, Dell, Apollo Tyres, and Foxconn, the region is fast emerging as a multi-sectoral industrial hub. KSH INFRA’s industrial-first project will address rising demand from automotive, electronics, and engineering sectors.
Construction is slated to begin by March–April 2026.

This marks KSH INFRA’s second significant investment in Tamil Nadu, following a ₹450 crore project in Hosur announced in August 2024.
