Kalyan Jewellers, a fine jewellery brand, is set to inaugurate its exclusive brand outlet in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, as part of its strategy to strengthen physical store presence. Planning an expansion spree, the brand aims to open 30 new stores in India and the Middle East this financial quarter, with the Ayodhya outlet marking a significant milestone as their 250th showroom.
The upcoming Ayodhya store will offer Kalyan Jewellers’ exquisite range of gold, diamond, and precious gemstone jewellery suitable for weddings, special occasions, and daily wear. This launch aligns with Ayodhya’s evolving landscape as a tourist hotspot, especially with the inauguration of the Ram Temple slated for January 22, elevating its appeal as a destination.
In addition to the Ayodhya launch, Kalyan Jewellers plans to unveil 15 new showrooms in India and two in the Middle East this quarter. The brand also intends to introduce 13 stores under its ‘Candere’ line. Moreover, Kalyan Jewellers aims to transition some recently opened company-owned stores into franchise-operated outlets and aims to inaugurate 80 stores under the franchise model in the 2025 financial year.
Expressing optimism about footfall trends, Kalyan Jewellers highlighted their preparations for the upcoming wedding season across the country with fresh collections and marketing campaigns.
