Jaspal Group Accelerates Product Workflows Across 16 Brands with Centric PLM

Jaspal Group has reached a key milestone in Phase 2 of its Centric PLM™ implementation, strengthening product development workflows across its portfolio of 16 brands. The Thai fashion and lifestyle group is using automation and standardised processes to improve product development speed, visibility and collaboration while reducing manual work.

Headquartered in Thailand, Jaspal Group operates a diverse portfolio of 16 in-house and international brands spanning fashion, footwear and accessories. The company selected Centric PLM in 2024 to improve speed and consistency throughout its product development operations.

The first phase of the implementation was completed in 2025 and focused on replacing the group’s legacy PDM system and consolidating product information within Centric PLM. Phase 2 builds on this digital foundation by introducing standardised and automated workflows, enabling teams across the organisation to move from concept to market more efficiently.

Automated Product Development Workflows

A key development in Phase 2 is the automation of activities across the product development cycle. Sample styles are automatically created when tech packs are sent to suppliers, while status updates are connected directly with size-chart evaluation.

“The biggest shift is how much now happens automatically within Centric PLM,” says Suthep Thanombooncharoen, Chief Technology Officer at Jaspal Group.

“Sample styles are created the moment tech packs go to suppliers, and status updates flow straight into size-chart evaluation, so teams always know where a style stands without chasing it.”

The implementation also enables designers, merchandisers, garment technicians and pattern teams to work from a shared set of product information. Standardised development steps are applied consistently across the group’s different brands, supporting greater alignment between teams.

Building a Scalable Digital Foundation

Jaspal Group has completed all Phase 2 milestones within the planned timeframe, budget and scope. The company says the implementation has improved day-to-day visibility for teams while establishing a more scalable foundation for future growth.

“We have hit every Phase 2 milestone on time, on budget and in scope. Teams now have clearer day-to-day visibility and we now have a more scalable foundation to compete in a fast-moving fashion market,” adds Thanombooncharoen.

Fabrice Canonge, CEO of Centric Software, highlighted the importance of connected workflows for managing a broad brand portfolio.

“Managing a diverse brand portfolio requires consistency, agility and strong cross-functional alignment,” says Fabrice Canonge, CEO of Centric Software. “Jaspal Group has built a connected digital foundation with Centric PLM that positions them to grow faster from here.”

The Phase 2 implementation reflects Jaspal Group’s continued focus on digitalising product development, with automation and standardisation supporting greater consistency across its expanding portfolio of fashion, footwear and lifestyle brands.
