Jacquemus Receives Neiman Marcus Award for Fashion Innovation

Simon Porte Jacquemus, the visionary founder and creative force behind Jacquemus, has been honored with the prestigious Neiman Marcus Award for Innovation in Fashion for 2024, announced by Neiman Marcus on Tuesday.

Establishing his eponymous label in 2009, the French designer has become renowned for his groundbreaking designs and innovative marketing strategies. From the iconic Jacquemus handbag-cars that captured attention on the streets of Paris to the spectacular Fall 2023 show staged at the Palace of Versailles, Jacquemus consistently pushes boundaries and captivates audiences.

Described by Neiman Marcus as a trailblazer who challenges conventions through his distinctive presentation, marketing, and merchandising tactics, Jacquemus has reshaped the fashion industry’s landscape.

Geoffroy van Raemdonck, CEO of Neiman Marcus Group, lauded Jacquemus as a visionary whose exceptional talent and business acumen have propelled his brand to international acclaim. Neiman Marcus, Jacquemus’ largest U.S. distributor, plans to expand the brand’s presence significantly in the coming years, including the launch of men’s ready-to-wear this summer.
