ITC Limited has announced the acquisition of the remaining 73.5% stake in Mother Sparsh Baby Care Pvt. Ltd., strengthening its presence in the premium natural baby care segment. With an investment of ₹81 crore, ITC’s total investment now stands at ₹126 crore.

Mother Sparsh, known for its Ayurvedic and natural baby care products, has built a strong digital-first presence across D2C and major e-commerce platforms. With an annual revenue run rate of ₹110 crore, the brand has become a trusted choice among Indian mothers.

A part of ITC’s portfolio since 2021, this move aligns with ITC’s ‘Next’ vision of developing a future-ready, purpose-led brand ecosystem in high-growth segments. The existing Mother Sparsh team, including Founder & CEO Mr. Himanshu, will continue to lead the business over the next 2–3 years.

ITC’s Divisional Chief Executive Sameer Satpathy called the acquisition a strategic step toward building innovative, consumer-centric offerings rooted in Indian ethos.
