During a three-day event, Infiniti Mall will commemorate India’s 78th Independence Day by showcasing handcrafted goods made by people with disabilities and offering a variety of cultural performances.

According to a press release from the mall, Infiniti Mall will begin its Independence Day celebrations on August 14 at its Malad site and August 15 at its Andheri shopping center. The flea market, which Infiniti Mall Malad is hosting until August 17, intends to engage its clientele by showcasing new companies and goods while simultaneously promoting Indian handicraft traditions and the artwork of people with disabilities.

Infiniti Mall in Malad said in a news release that the “event’s centerpiece is a vibrant flea market featuring authentic handcrafted items created by 20 talented individuals with special abilities, including those with autism, Down syndrome, and Thalassemia.” Handcrafted soaps, bamboo goods, canvas paintings, home décor, jute bags, woolen purses, block-printed bags, jewelry produced by hand, and more can be found at the flea market.

There are 65 retailers at Infiniti Mall, along with a food court and entertainment options like a six-screen multiplex. This year, the mall received two awards: “Mapic India Most Admired Shopping Centre of the Year—Metro (West)” and “Mapic India Most Admired Shopping Centre of the Year—Marketing and Promotion Activities (West).”
