The International Gem and Jewelry Show in Dubai will be used by the Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council to connect Indian jewelry brands with customers from over 25 countries. The trade show will take place at Le Meridien from October 8 to 10.
The GJEPC announced on Facebook that IGJS Dubai is expected to attract more than 350 customers. The GJEPC hopes to increase commercial opportunities for Indian companies in the Middle East by displaying a diverse selection of Indian jewelry products at the trade fair.
“The UAE saw a 13% increase in exports of studded gold jewelry in the first quarter of fiscal year 2025,” the GJEPC said on Facebook. “Explore the flourishing gem and jewelry market in UAE by participating in this year’s most anticipated show, the International Gem and Jewelry Show (IGJS) Dubai 2024.”
The GJEPC participates in several global trade exhibitions to promote Indian gem and jewelry exports. On September 16, the trade association unveiled an India Pavilion at Jewellery & Gem World Hong Kong 2024, which would include 84 member exporters over 128 exhibitor booths. The businesses will display product categories such as loose diamonds, gemstones, studded jewelry, lab-grown diamonds, and jewelry at the trade expo till September 22.
