Introducing Mona Patel, the newest client on the portfolio of renowned celebrity stylist and image architect Law Roach.
Every girl’s dream must be to make her first public appearance on a red carpet event like the Met Gala, dressed by one of the top names in fashion right now. Undoubtedly, businesswoman and philanthropist Mona Patel is achieving her goal. Apart from Zendaya, who served as this year’s co-host of the Met Gala, Law Roach worked his magic on Mona Patel, enabling her to achieve her objective.
Patel came to the US at a young age to attend Rutgers University. He was born in Vadodara, Gujarat. In the end, she moved to the US in 2003 to start her entrepreneurial career, gradually building a multimillion-dollar empire across multiple companies. The foundation of it all is Patel’s initiative, Couture for Cause.
The entrepreneur herself, Patel, brought about unexpected attention to her figure-hugging dress. Among Patel’s many assets is her ability to put together a capable team to execute her vision. She was more than willing to use her creative abilities because she enjoys multitasking inside her company empire.
Patel remarked at the time, “I wanted my debut look to be something that celebrates my heritage and also combines my love of couture, and when I heard about the theme, Iris Van Herpen seemed like the obvious choice.” The unique handcrafted costumes created by the Dutch haute couture designer are inspired by nature extremely & singularly.
Being meticulous, Patel turned to the industry’s top talent, renowned image architect Law Roach, to put together her Met Gala ensemble. Patel gave Vogue India unprecedented knowledge on the drawn-out, months-long process of crafting the perfect suit.
