Fashion companies struggle to find and keep in-store sales associates in a post-pandemic world when workers have new expectations regarding pay, purpose, and other factors.

22 participants will receive training in clienteling, livestreaming, and style advice as part of the year-long SMCP Retail Lab programme, which is run in collaboration with the Parisian schools Ema Sup Paris and Institut Français de la Mode (IFM).
