Himalaya Wellness has unveiled the Himalaya 1derwoman Project, a Women’s Day initiative that inspires young girls to become leaders in their fields. Partnering with the RCB Women’s Team—2024 WPL champions—the campaign kicked off with a mentorship and training session for 15 budding cricketers from a Bengaluru academy. With sports icons like Smriti Mandhana and Ellyse Perry guiding the girls, the session aimed to build confidence, not just skills. Himalaya also donated cricket kits to remove barriers for girls from underprivileged backgrounds.

More than a one-time event, the project aims to reach over 500,000 schoolgirls across India in 2025, offering guidance, mentorship, and resources. The initiative underscores Himalaya’s commitment to empowering young women, not just through skincare, but by helping them realize their full potential. Backed by RCB and Himalaya’s leadership, the program blends inspiration with action, reinforcing that every girl has the power to be a #1derwoman.
